Return Policy

Because all orders are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please inspect your goods upon arrival before cutting or treating them. We will not accept returns for any goods that have been cut or treated. If your order arrives damaged or with defects we will replace your goods.  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization code before sending.  Any unauthorized return will not be accepted. We do not cover shipping charges. 

Shipping & Lead Times

All orders are shipped ground. If you would like to expedite your shipment please contact us at elle@ellegibson.com for a quote and specific instructions to help accommodate your request. We are happy to help you.

Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready.  In most cases fabric and wallpaper orders will ship 4-6 weeks from the date of order. Please inquire about timelines when placing a custom orders.

Wallpaper Installation

We recommend you consult a professional wallpaper installer to install your paper.  Our standard residential grade wallpaper is 27” wide and 15’ long (one roll). Our grasscloth wallpaper is 36” wide and 8’ long (one roll).  The wallpaper will arrive untrimmed, with the selvage attached that is trimmed away during installation. Our wallpapers are packaged in double rolls.
