Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your order. So please inspect your goods upon arrival before cutting or treating them. Because all orders are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will not accept returns for any goods that have been cut or treated. If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization code before sending. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted.
Fabric Care:
Our Linen and Cotton fabrics are dry clean only. Like most printed fabrics our textiles our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, scratches, stretching, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped ground. We are happy to accommodate you if you would like to expedite your shipment. Please contact us at elle@ellegibson.com for a quote and specific instructions.
