Ordering Policies
Minimums
Because we print to order, our minimum order for fabric is 3 yards, 2 rolls for wallpaper and 1 roll or 8 yards for grasscloth. However, we may accept smaller orders for an additional charge or if we have the fabric you want to purchase in stock you can order 1 yard and pay a cutting fee. Contact us at sales@ellegibson.com to inquire if we have the product you desire in stock.
Before you order fabric and wallpaper online we suggest you order a sample first to ensure this is the item you want.
Returns
We print everything to order, therefore, merchandise with no irregularities may not be returned and is considered final sale. Please inspect your goods upon arrival before cutting or treating them. We will not accept returns for any goods that have been cut or treated. If your order arrives damaged or with defects we will replace your goods. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization code before sending. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted. Shipping costs and custom order fees will not be refunded.
Shipping & Lead Times
All orders are shipped ground. If you would like to expedite your shipment please contact us at elle@ellegibson.com for a quote and specific instructions to help accommodate your request. We are happy to help you. Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready. In most cases fabric and wallpaper orders will ship 4-6 weeks from the date of order. Please inquire about timelines when placing a custom orders.
Lead Times:
• 3-4 weeks on made to order fabrics and wallpapers.
• 4 weeks for pillows made to order unless in stock.
Please be certain you order the total yardage you need plus overage for your project. Ordering additional yardage or rolls later could result in dye lots with slight variations that don’t match.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Georgia (~ 6%) unless a resale certificate has been presented.
Custom Orders
Custom colors are available for our wallpapers and fabrics in the collection. Also, we can create a unique design just for you. All custom orders are subject to custom design fees and sample fees for strike-offs. Minimum purchase requirements must be met for all custom orders. Nature of Fabrics
Our products are original designs and custom printed. All fabrics made from natural fibers such as linen and cotton have naturally occurring irregularities within the cloth. Slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur in the process of printing fabrics. It is the nature of printed fabrics to fade over time. Like most printed fabrics our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, scratches, stretching, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
Product Care
Fabrics
Our Linen and Cotton fabrics are dry clean only due to the printing method. To preserve the longevity of your fabric we recommend Dry Clean Only our fabrics.
Wallpapers
Paper & Metallic Wallpapers: Gently wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge using mild soap if needed. We suggest testing any cleaning in a discrete area first.
Grasscloth Wallpapers: Grasscloth can be vacuumed to release any dust that may accumulate on the surface.

Pillow covers are available to wholesale in your retail location. Please email elle@ellegibson.com to inquire. Please provide us with information about your store, including the lines you carry, your resale certificate, store website and photographs of your store to help us learn about you.
Wallpaper Installation
We recommend you consult a professional wallpaper installer to install your paper. Our standard residential grade wallpaper is 27” wide and 15’ long (one roll). Our grasscloth wallpaper is 36” wide and 8’ long (one roll). The wallpaper will arrive untrimmed, with the selvage attached that is trimmed away during installation. Our wallpapers are packaged in double rolls.
